Seattle and Snohomish County
A travel advisor in Seattle, working from Everett
I’m based in Everett, just north of Seattle, and I work with people across the Puget Sound region.
Most of the work happens on a call, because most of it’s reading and asking questions, and neither of those needs a room.

In person
But I’ll meet you
If you’d rather sit across from somebody before handing over the planning of something expensive, I’ll meet you.
I made that commitment in order to hold a local business listing at all, and I’d rather it be true than technically true. Coffee, your kitchen table, my kitchen table. Whichever is less trouble.
Everett, Mukilteo, Mill Creek, Lynnwood, Edmonds, Marysville, Snohomish, Monroe, Bothell, Shoreline, Seattle, Bellevue and Kirkland are all a reasonable drive. Further than that and it becomes a call, which is fine, because most of it was going to be a call anyway.
The port
What being here is worth, and what it’s not
One thing about being in this region that isn’t sentimental. Seattle is a working cruise port, so for a good deal of what I plan the ship leaves from the city you already live next to. That saves a repositioning flight, a night in an airport hotel in another state, and the question of whether the connection holds on the morning it has to.
It’s also the only part of this job where being in the Pacific Northwest changes what I can build instead of just where I can meet you. There’s a longer piece on the Alaska version of that, including the part where a federal statute decides which port a ship is allowed to leave from.
Everything else is worldwide. Being local means you can meet me. It doesn’t mean I only sell the Pacific Northwest, and most of what I plan is nowhere near it.

Where I add nothing
What I’m not useful for
A single flight. Something you’ve already chosen at a property I can add nothing to, that just needs holding. Reserve those yourself and keep the money.
One real exception. If the hotel is somewhere I can place the reservation into a luxury program, the rate is the same either way and going direct is what costs you the credit, the breakfast and the upgrade. That’s worth a message even if it’s one hotel and nothing else, and the programs I can place a stay into are listed.
The planning work is worth paying for when there’s more than one moving part, when a sailing turns on which line rather than which ship, or when the version you can find yourself isn’t the version you want.

The first call is fifteen minutes, complimentary, and there’s nothing to hold or sign at the end. I’ll tell you on it whether I’m the right person for what you have in mind.
